Terms And Conditions

Payments

All payments for our online courses must be made in full either by Paypal or Card Payment. Once we receive payment you will be sent an email with confirmation details of the payment and instructions on how to activate your course.

Completing The Course, Validity And Certificate

You will have 6 months to complete the course.

On successful completion of the course you will be issued a soft copy certification, a hard copy can be purchased for an additional fee. If you fail to complete the course within 6 months, we can extend the course further for no additional fee, this must be requested at least 7 days prior to the 6 month time lapse.

After completion of the course and issuance of certificate, course will no longer be accessible after 7 days – we can extend course access after completion for no additional charge.

Course Response Times

A trainer will respond within 5 working days to any of your academic queries or assignments. We can’t be held responsible if we fail to contact you within 5 days due to an incorrect or cancelled email address or a change of telephone number.

Cancellation, Complaints & Refund Policy

If for any reason you wish to cancel the course a refund will be issued if

– You have paid for the course however have not accessed the course.

The cancellation request must be made via email to info@tefluniversal.com, within 3 days of enrolling for the course.

If you have accessed the course material a refund will not be issued unless in exceptional circumstances.

Complaints should be made via email to info@tefluniversal.com, all complains will be responded to in 5 business days. If a full of partial refund is required, you will receive it  within 14 days.

Appeals Policy:

If you feel there has been an error in grading, please email info@tefluniversal.com and we will address the matter within five working days.

Maintenance

Maintenance is conducted on a regular basis to maintain site security and enhance student experience. We will notify students of any maintenance. Maintenance work is essential and is not grounds for issuance of a refund.
