Course Access and Enrollment: Students are granted 120 days from the date of registration to complete their chosen course. Failure to complete the course within this timeframe does not entitle the student to a refund. Extensions may be purchased if additional time is required, and details regarding extension fees are available on our website at www.tefluniversal.com/extensions. Extensions must be purchased prior to the course expiration date, and while we will make every effort to restore progress for expired courses, we cannot guarantee that progress will be retained unless extensions are purchased on time.
Fees and Payments: All fees are non-refundable once a course is purchased. Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment, and we do not offer installment plans or recurring payment options.
Certificate Issuance: Upon successful completion of a course, students will receive a soft copy of their certificate via email within one business day. Hard copies are available for purchase and will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase.
Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions: TEFL Universal retains full intellectual property rights over all course materials, including but not limited to videos, quizzes, and supplementary resources. Students are strictly prohibited from sharing, reproducing, distributing, or modifying course content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of course materials may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.
Misconduct and Termination: Misconduct, including cheating, plagiarism, or any behavior that brings TEFL Universal into disrepute, will also result in termination of enrollment without a refund. Termination may occur during or after course completion if evidence of misconduct arises.
Technical Support and Maintenance: TEFL Universal ensures its online platform is regularly maintained to enhance security and provide an optimal learning experience. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance wherever possible, but downtime resulting from maintenance or technical issues does not constitute grounds for a refund. Students are responsible for ensuring they have reliable internet access and compatible devices to complete their courses.
Complaints and Resolution: Any complaints or issues should be directed to info@tefluniversal.com, and a course instructor will respond within five business days.
Liability Disclaimer: TEFL Universal is not liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by external factors, including but not limited to internet outages, technical malfunctions, or user errors. The maximum liability in any dispute is strictly limited to the course fee paid by the student.
